Great view from the room!!
The room has a large window which has a view of mountains, lake and the golf club. The kitchen is clean and there are a variety of cooking utensils.

为朋友预订的，朋友check out时，前台竟然没有提醒他还可再住宿1晚。通过平台与酒店交涉退1晚房款，酒店不同意，个人发信息给酒店，酒店竟然根本不回复。

给的房间相当于4层楼，拿行李好辛苦，紧贴大马路，一直汽车声音不断，无法安睡。停车不方便，地方太窄了。房间倒是不小。离中心地段还有不少距离，一般吧，可以选到更好的酒店

Nice Staff
The staff is nice and helpful, the location is good, just 2 mins drive to the downtown of Queenstown, within 10 mins from the airport, even you don't drive you can walk about 10 mins to the town. The rooms are big and tidy.

unforgettable experience in queenstown!
Spacious kitchen with full set of utensils. Great balcony with great views of the lake. We all enjoyed cooking nice steak and lamb and ate the meal together with the beautiful scenery.

很好的酒店。位置在皇后镇稍边缘一点的地方，但是皇后镇那么小，镇内各处我们都是走着去的。室内设施周全，有炉灶有烤箱，浴室的毛巾杆有加热功能可以烘干小件衣物。可以跟前台借工具洗车，如果你去paradise玩了，这条还挺方便的。wifi信号不错。 great place。enjoyed our stay there。

尚算可以，價錢亦可接受！
離市中心行1O分鐘，中途有斜路，行得有少許累，地點尚可以！我入住的是Apartment ,連入住5晚，本人覺得房間不太乾淨，house keeping 每天打掃也不清潔，連厠纸也不夠用，但房間設備很齊全，洗衣、亁衣、洗碗機都有，風景尚算可以！另外，我也入住此洒店之standard room.反而清潔過apartment 房。

毫不犹豫会再次选择
无与伦比的公寓套间，餐厅客厅卧室厨房卫生间，里面的设施应有尽有，居然还有洗衣机和烘干机。开窗就是Wakatipu的无敌湖景，湖的那边有雪山，晚上可以在阳台上看星星。退房的时候我们都舍不得离开了，说好了下次还要住这里。

The studio equipment was quite outdated, carpet was very dirty. Sofa chair had stains so much that you wouldn’t wanna sit on it. Outside area/balcony was not maintained or cleaned. Had everything you required though, dishwasher/oven/bonus spa bath tub etc. Wouldn’t hurt to spend a little on much required maintenance work!

The unit was really a great layout and had everything we could need for the week. It is a very steep walk to and from downtown, however its far enough outside downtown to be quiet. We had a great view from our unit and patio as well. I would highly recommend this place, and would consider returning.

Clean and well equipped units in Queenstown
Fairly new property in a great location. We needed laundry facilities and Garden Court delivered. On site parking was a bonus. Downtown and waterfront was walkable although it is hilly terrain so you get a workout. Views from the room were fantastic. Continental breakfast buffet has to be ordered in advance which we did one morning and it was adequate before a log drive into the mountains and lakes.
