Horoeka on Hallenstein is a modern and spacious 4 bedroom apartment, split over 3 levels with amazing lake and mountain views. It’s conveniently located to downtown Queenstown; being only a 5 minute walk into town and offers you everything you need for an enjoyable holiday in Queenstown.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is tastefully decorated and opens onto a balcony with outdoor furniture and a BBQ for those long summer evenings. Enjoy the amazing views of Lake Wakatipu & Cecil peak. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and has everything that you need.

The upper level is open plan living, dining, and kitchen area with outdoor balcony as well as a separate toilet for the guests convenience.

The mid-level has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and bedside cabinets so there’s plenty of storage space for your stay. There’s access from both bedrooms to a small, sheltered balcony with views.

Two further bedrooms are located on the downstairs level, each with their own ensuite bathrooms. This level also has a small kitchenette with an air-fryer and electric frying pan as well as small fridge and dishwasher. The cozy lounge area downstairs includes dining table, and an outdoor patio area.

The property has two full laundry areas with tub, washing machine and dryer and there’s also a secure single garage (small to medium cars only).

Guest will have access to the whole apartment. Guests can arrive at their own leisure anytime after 3pm as the self check-in details for the property are emailed to you 5 days prior your arrival. There`s no personal meet & greet for this property.

Family holiday

Absolutely amazing view and location. Coming from the Gold Coaat, we felt the cold but the floor heating, towel rails and fire place were brilliant. A great place to come back to after a full day skiing. Loved it.

Perfect Location! Awesome views!

The views from this beautiful condo are amazing! We couldn’t stop taking pictures! The walk downtown was easy, and the uphill walk back was good for walking off the calories from dinner! The furniture and beds were comfortable and the balcony was a great place to hang out and watch the sunset. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful Apartment/House

We liked the property that we saw online and when we checked into the house, we were wonderfully surprised that it looked exactly like it showed online. It is a wonderful property! Very clean and tidy, warm and welcoming. House had a wonderful view and would recommend to anyone who was traveling to Queenstown. We would stay again at this property if we return.

It was a great place to stay. The views were fantastic. It was a shame about the road works and the boil water notice for Queenstown during our stay. We tried using the dishwasher, but found it a little tricky to work out, I think instructions would help.

We had a great stay. The accomodation was perfect for our group. Thank you for attending to our maintenance request so promptly. I do think the listing could be clearer in regards to room availability per person to avoid confusion. We will highly recommend this accom to future Queenstown visitors

Perfect for 8 adults

The configuration of the the property makes accommodating 8 adults easy, with every bedroom having an ensuite. The living area vieq us breath taking and tge ever changing mood of lake Wakitipu keeps it interesting. The property and particularly the cabinetry is in need of a refresh, but this is purely cosmetic. Car parking is the only issue. As we had two cars. A motorbike and 4 mountain bikes so we were always doing battle with the neighbours for a spot. All in all, this property delivered a fantastic week for a family catch up.

Fantastic complex. Some issues.

The full unit has four bedrooms each with its own bathroom. One bedroom has three single beds: thus place potentially for 9 people. Two seperate lounges each with a full TV service (though we could not get the bottom TV to work). STUNNING views. Complex is secure and safe and just a short walk to the town centre. Curtain railing came loose on our arrival necessitating removal of the curtain, which proved to be a huge nuisance as it was not possible to watch TV until later in the evening because the sun shone directly on the TV.

Perfect accommodation and incredible views

We stayed here for 8 nights and it was perfect for us. We had 7 adults and a baby and it was great that we all had our own space and bathrooms. Location was so handy to town and great parking. We would definitely stay here again. Plus the view was incredible.

We had an amazing break in Queenstown.. our first visit to the city. We will definitely be back. This property is perfect for anyone... and close to town. The best views we think... We would love to stay here again. Property manager is wonderful..

Fantastic views & great location close to town

Very comfortable townhouse with amazing views and just a few minutes walk from town up a rather steep little hill that gets the heart pumping. The townhouse had everything we needed and was warm and comfortable, although the bedrooms on the middle floor are very tight for storing luggage, and the showers seem to run either very hot or very cold. If I was going to recommend any improvements (apart from sorting the water temperature out) more comfy pillows would be appreciated, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Million Dollar Views - Great Location

This was a good sized townhouse for my hubby and I. The views and location is why we booked this townhouse and we were not disappointed. As it was just the two of us the space was a good size. We did think if there was more of us that the bedrooms we had to use were very tight in space as were the bathrooms - but you are only sleeping here when staying in Queenstown so its only a minor bother. Quite a bit of noise from neighbouring townhouse. Excellent communication and support from the property managers.

Great location and amazing views

Fantastic location overlooking Queenstown and amazing views of the lake. Ideal setting with each room having its own bathroom. Rooms were t completely ok for our needs. The view from the lounge was simply stunning !! Kitchen was well apportioned and had everything needed (except a wine cork !). Booking process and communication from the manager were great, as was the simple arrival and departure process. Would highly recommend.

Boys golf trip

An excellent property with amazing views of Lake Wakatipu. Very spacious with an ensuite for each of the four bedrooms. A short 400 meter walk to downtown Queeenstown. Having its own garage also a bonus. There is a little ambiguity on the booking site over how many bedrooms one is booking. Opening page states 4 beds, 4 baths but there is a need to read the fine print, as it appears we only booked two of the bedrooms. However, good work from the managers gave us a deal on the whole place at a discounted rate. We are all very happy with the result.
