我住的房型沒有廚房，房間大企理乾淨。缺點係如果要去QUEENTOWN 市中心，要行大約15-20 MINS，唔遠但又唔係近，來來回回都幾累。不過酒店有SHUTTLEBUS 提供，但要BOOK 先有得搭，（坐位少）有時FULL BOOKING 就要行出去市區，我住最低果層，LIFT 旁的房，花園是share 全部人出入，而房間窗係落地全透明，出入都比人望到房入面。

還不錯，景觀很好
酒店地理位置非常好，離市中心只需5分鐘車程，離機場大約10分鐘。酒店提供免費車去市中心，最好提早留位子。自駕的酒店也提供免費停車。景觀非常漂亮，一望無際的湖景。整潔度還好。大部分的前枱服務人員態度很好，但check in時為我們服務那名員工態度有待改善，全程沒有笑容，沒有please 或thank you 等用語，工作效率慢，又不聽我們說的話，要重複無數次才聽入耳。總括來說，這價格來說真的算不錯了。

The resort is situated next by Lake Wakatipu, a beautiful scenery around. The unit we resided was fully equipped with kitchen utensil that we did not expect. Dish washer and washing machine with dryer also unexpected. I fully appreciate with the arrangement that the hotel provided. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Good view with a little distance from downtown
A little far from downtown. Remember to book their free shuttles. First night was good, the neighbors next door was quite noisy.

這間要飯店希望貴公司不要再推這家飯店
這家飯店很差連1分都不到的評分給我們住的飯店簡直是長褲，浴室沖澡的地方也沒有可以放香皂沐浴乳的地方請問這是要如何洗澡，清潔工作也很差，網路訊號簡直是沒有，從以前到現在沒有預約過什麼差勁的飯店，一般的青年旅館還要差勁，這次住的房間是家庭房，的另外小房間非常的差勁

No wonder the best stay!!
Indeed the best resort we stay during our 16 days trip in South Island. We have 3 couples to hire a lake view apartment. The view is amazing, especially when it's just outside your room. Complete room facilities, kitchen, laundry, big living room for friends to chat.

无敌湖景
开阔的大露台，无敌湖景，在皇后镇度过了美好的两天。有厨房可以做饭，到镇中心几分钟车程，很方便。不过，这个酒店是我在新西兰所以住宿中唯一收取押金的地方，前台说如果退房后没什么问题，会把押金退回。

Super mediocre hotel. The photos do not look the same as what I got. Misrepresented and very disappointed. Was promised a lake view. Got a view of the stairs instead. The carpark is also super steep. If I had known that they would give me a room without a Lakeview I would not have booked here.

I'm sorry you were disappointed with the room type that you booked, however our hotel rooms are NOT described as having a lake view, and photos do not suggest otherwise either. For a guaranteed lake view you would need to book either a Hotel Deluxe or a 2 bedroom apartment.We hope you still enjoyed your time in Queenstown all the same.Oaks Club Team

Hotel room misrepresented in the photos
The photo of the room I booked was nothing like the room I was provided. It was dark and the fixtures / decor where not of the same room. The supervisor, realising this, provided me with a refund and I stayed at a different hotel. So thank you to the supervisor for doing that for me

Great Place to stay in Queenstown
Great location and overall facilities we good. Thought that it maybe time to upgrade some of the technology (TV's) as they are old and no Air Con maybe an issue in the summer. But in winter its perfect , Gas Fires are great and views are excellent too. Staff were great at the front office. Very helpful. relaxing 20 minute walk into town .

Was very quiet as we were close to the road. Blackout rooms meant we could sleep forever. Fire place and spa was a treat after along day skiing. Would love to go back asap.

Our favourite accomodation on our 10 days in New Zealand. There was a little mix up with keys but staff quickly fixed issue. Room was very clean, spacious, beautiful views of the lake and the fire and heating was wonderful. Daily servicing of room was excellent and staff lovely. Will recommend the 2 bedroom lake view to friends and family.

The view was great but the toliet seat was broken and slid around the cuboards did not stay open and they lifed upwards the shower head did not stay in place jept dalling downwards The drive way is tricky and very steep which is a bit scary in the ice and snow On the plus the room was spacious we were in a 2 bedtoom apartment but for the cost would not stay again

The view they show is not necessarily what you will get. We were underwhelmed upon walking into our room how bland it was. The staff however, are excellent. Good walking track at door, and free shuttle bus into town and back if you want to dine out.

This suite we had exceeded our expectations and we just didn't want to leave after 4 days. The view we had to the lakes and mountains was just amazing. The walk trails at the back of the Oaks were easy for us to get to and make our into town or to just take a lovely stroll along the water. We always felt safe (travelling with my two daughters this was a very important factor to me). We would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend :).

Location and views for this property are perfect. The rooms are absolutely lovely and the overall layout of the inside is amazing. Loved every bit about my stay. The team are friendly and super helpful. Parking is a bit tight if you have larger vehicles, but is manageable. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again

Great views, clean and tidy. Our suite needed some TLC. Curtains were frayed, marks on the carpets, no fans in the bathrooms. There is no coffee making facilities and the restaurant at the neighbouring hotel was closed so really could use a Nespresso machine or at least a plunger with fresh coffee for the price!
