Favorite villa
We had a great stay at Platinum Queenstown Villas. It is located just a few minutes drive from CBD Queenstown and is very convenient. We were also super impressed with the cleanliness of the Villa. Great view of the famour Queenstown lake. The Villa is very spacious. Bathrooms have heated floors. It comes with all the necessities such as coffee machines (and of course capsules), oil, salt and pepper, dishwasher detergent, washing detergent etc.

近乎十全十美的旅館
櫃台服務人員十分貼心，入住前即主動以電子郵件詢問入住時間及需要何種協助，辦理入住手續時亦細心提醒各項應注意事項及提供皇后鎮地圖予旅客參考，入住當晚，不小心將鑰匙置放於屋內，聯繫後未久即前來協助解決問題，亦盡責地確認旅客身份，以確保入住安全，故對於服務人員的態度及專業給予極高的評價，其次，不論是住宿空間，提供設備（烤箱，微波爐，瓦斯爐，快煮壺，咖啡機，電冰箱，洗衣機，烘衣機，衛浴設備等），風景視野皆令人十分滿意，入住及退房手續簡便迅速，所提供網路速度亦相當流暢，雖然每天僅有10G，但已夠使用，惟庭院與隔壁住客相連，如隔壁住客在庭院抽煙，會造成些許不適之影響，建議應將庭院也列入禁菸區域，或在不影響其他的區域劃定吸煙空間，相信更能提升住宿品質，此外，住宿地點離皇后鎮熱鬧區域有段距離，步行約15-25分鐘左右，如果不趕時間，散散步，運動一下也不錯，總而言之，是個值得再次入住的旅館。

位置距離市中心不遠，但又不會被市中心的煩囂影響。屋內設施整潔衞生，地下大廳面向湖鏡，但要與其他用戶共用草地，及與其他用户太接近。

我們家庭住了4個晚上 非常壯麗的景觀， 穿過房子走出去， 有球場及行山路， 在湖景旁， 更可看到蒸氣船 房子設備很好， 整潔 位置方便 只是鄰居的中國住客在抽煙，煙味入了我們的房子， 而且比較嘈吵 其他整體上很滿意 也會再次入住

酒店的位置位于半山腰景色非常好，房间里有壁炉和可以煮饭烧菜的全套东西，很合适一家人住。皇后镇很小，酒店位置距离中心大概开车5分钟，也可以散步过去非常方便。去格林洛奇也很方便，进酒店的路是上山，直行就是去格林洛奇。开车去机场也就15-20分钟。酒店的缺点就是：不提供更换的浴巾，需要自己在房间里清洗和烘干。每个卫生间只提供了一份洗发水和沐浴液，这次住了三天肯定是不够用的。WiFi还是很方便的，速度也不错，给了5G的总流量。

這是我在紐西蘭住過最好的酒店。 空間非常之大,有露台,有花園。兩層有三房兩、 浴室。厨房有洗碗碟機,非常方便,環境清靜。最重要是價錢比其他市中心的酒店便宜。

很棒的感觉
湖景房的景观无敌。坐在客厅就可以看到美丽的瓦卡提普湖的美景。房间合适而舒适。只是面湖的折叠门上有挤压的痕迹，这当然不影响我们的住宿，只是让工作人员过来看下，以证明不是我们造成的。可能因为预定时粗心，订单只显示两人的，我们有四个成人，结果被加收了费用。其他的感觉都很棒。步行到镇中心约时来分钟。

硬件不错，VIEW一流，缺点是服务人员很少，晚上根本找不到，入住6晚，有2晚WIFI故障，居然找不到任何工作人员RESET他们的设备，后来酒店把每天1G流量的免费额度升级成了2G，其他各方面都很不错

Sweet as!
Glamorous interiors. Spacious and well kept. We didn't stay in the lakeview houses but could have a glimpse of the lake which was very nice. Peeked at the lakeview houses and their views were absolutely stunning. Located not far away from town center but would recommend having a car to get in and out. The only dowmside is the Wifi. If only it could be unlimited. Overall a very very pleasant stay and all of us were very pleased.

Overall, we spent a good week at the Villa. The view was stunning from there. The only downaide was no air con as there were few nights that were hot and we couldn’t sleep well. Other than that, we’re happy with our stay.

This place is our favourite. What a way to start a holiday. Whole apartment was exceptionally clean and the views from the Lakeview apartments was out of this world. Only drawback was that we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommend.
