Nicole and Jacob are awesome hosts! Their room was new and clean, really a good deal with the price they offer. Also, they’re willing to help you with extra stuff if they can. And when I was about to check out, they allowed me to extend because they won’t be cleaning the unit till 5pm. This is what I call excellent customer service! Highly recommended place, plus very near Queenstown central! Kudos to you both!!

The stay could not have been better. We had a fantastic time in Queenstown and Nicole and Jacob went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying with them next time we visit!

We had an amazing stay at the Central Tree Time. The location was perfect to get out and see Queenstown. The property was the perfect spot to rest our heads at night. Nicole was an amazing host, even offering to do our laundry so that we had clean clothes to continue on our journey! Would definitely stay here again.
