Walking distance from literally everything you may need! Proximity to the beach and National Park was excellent. Staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our one-night stay here!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Right next to the beach and the Manuel Antonio National Park, otherwise the rooms were very basic, the sheets were hard and itchy, the one towel they provided me with was hard as a rock. The pictures of the rooms don't match up with what I witnessed.

Location was great right at the beach. Price was quite high given the fairly old condition of the property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We also liked the dining options that we could walk to.

To get to the hotel you have to run a gauntlet of the unofficial parking maifa controlling the road and stopping you 5-6 times with a whistles to try and force you to park your car in their parking space for $10! Extremely confronting any annoying if you are driving in and out a few times a day. If you get past all of them, the hotel has free parking. When you get there, the first thing you will notice is there is no refrigerator in any of the rooms to keep anything cold. There is also no kettle in the room to make a tea or coffee. These are simple things that make a big difference when staying in a hotel. Drinking water is not provided and the only tap in is the bathroom sink which makes it impossible to fill a water bottle, only a glass. The hot water also wasn’t working for the shower. Across the road from the hotel on the beach there were uncontrolled parties with loud music which made it hard to sleep. Lastly, a friend was joining me to stay halfway through my stay and because he arrived after 10pm he was not allowed to check in. even though the manager came back to the hotel, we were told that their check in policy was Strick and he couldn’t check in. they actually turned him away and had to find another hotel. This was completely unflexible and really awful experience. Aside from that experience, the staff during the day were polite and friendly, but its not worth what you pay.

If you are looking for location and close to the beach this is perfect but The room I was in was a little dated, the bed and pillows were horrible. The glass block in The shower were cracked and dirty maybe even some mold. The room did not have a refrigerator, the safe you could open with a butter knife. The $87 I spent a night i feel you can get a better place. Would not recommend.
