I stayed here for 3 nights and the cleanliness was unacceptable. When we arrived, there was hair around and under the sink, dirt near the fridge, and the room clearly wasn’t properly cleaned. The bathroom was completely neglected there were even dead bugs that were still there after housekeeping came.The bed looked made, but the fitted sheet had not been changed. We had to ask them to replace it, and it took time. Communication was also difficult due to the language barrier. Basic hygiene standards were not met. Although the reception and kitchen staff were nice, it doesn’t make up for the poor cleaning.I would not stay here again.

Breakfast that was included was very good. Staff was always helpful and courteous. Made sure we had breakfast on the days we had an early activity planned. Transfer to and from airport was punctual and good driver. Room was clean. The shampoo and conditioner would be my only complaint.. should have brought my own. Location was good in terms of restaurants, the national park and a store right across the road and the beach. Very convenient

This hotel was great! The Igloo shaped rooms were so unique. The beds were comfortable and showers clean. Rooms had mini fridges, TVs, privacy blinds/windows, alarm clocks, and a diffuser. The pool and restaurant were also great. The staff were all so friendly, and the location was a very short walk to the beach. Very much recommended!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was lovely and the bathroom was modern and very clean. A huge thanks to the staff, they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Good tasty breakfast. Small suggestion: it would be even more comfortable if there were some cushions for the lounge chairs. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed the Igloo Lodge! Super close to beach, nice pool and loungers, interesting igloos, thankfully decently soundproofed/not noisy despite being right next to road. Nice to have mini fridge in igloo. Good breakfast (with choice of 6 different breakfasts).

Igloo Beach Lodge is a beautiful property in a great location near the beach. The pool area is lovely and the rooms were clean, but our experience with the reservation and customer service was very disappointing. My travel partner and I booked and paid for a room with two beds through Expedia. When we arrived around 6 PM, we were told the receptionist was not there and the woman at the front desk said she had no way to contact them, so we couldn’t resolve the issue at check-in. We were given a room with only one full-size bed instead of the two beds we booked. When we spoke with the receptionist the next day, she told us the hotel was overbooked and that there had been a communication error with Expedia, mentioning this had happened before. As a result, we remained in a room with one full bed for our entire three-night stay, did not receive any compensation for this error, and also did not receive the welcome drink included with our booking. While the hotel itself is beautiful, the overbooking and lack of communication between Expedia and the property made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend travelers use Expedia or book with this hotel.
