Great view of the ocean from the porch. That alone made it worth the stay. It's also within walking distance to a bus stop. It is very basic. The beds are uncomfortable. The noise from the restaurant and bar next door can go on fairly late.

For the price, it’s a great place even though the mattresses and pillows have not been changed in years and linens barely stay in plays. It’s the views and the authentic tico charm that sells the place. Will always come back.

Wir hatten zwar laut Bildern eine etwas andere Wohnung gebucht, waren mit der mittig und neben der Rezeption gelegenen zufrieden, dader Ausblick in das darunterliegende Tal mit Blick bis zum Meer fantastisch ist. Ein großer Nachteil sind die "undichten" Türen. Wir mussten uns ständig mit Mückenschutz einsprühen, da viele Mücken durch die Ritze reinkommen. Unsere Nachbarn hatten sogar einen großen Skorpion auf dem Rucksack gefunden. Bei uns vor der Tür saß eine große Echse :-). Zum Manuel Antonio NP ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Supermärkte auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Bus fährt auch alle 20 min. in 150 m ab. Insgesamt kann man die FW empfehlen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Home Away from "Home"

This was such a wonderful place to stay. The view from the balcony are amazing, as are the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The kitchen was also well stocked with supplies, which really came in handy, and I liked the German novel left by someone in the room. Uncomfortable bed

The bed had a hump in the middle of the bed, very difficult to sleep, the room was noisy because it was beside the road could hear all the cars and motorcycles all night. We were disappointed with our room , not what we expected for the price, this place was like a hostel not a lodge.

Great view of sea and sunset and we saw toucans and other birds from the large private patio. We had a large apartment with 2 rooms, spacious. Weird that it’s under the restaurant, but it was quiet and we slept well.

Bel appartement familial et très grand. Cependant très rudimentaire comme accessoires disponible. Le frigidaire ne fonctionne pas et le congélateur n’est pas assez froid pour congeler. Cependant la vue es sublime. L’appartement que nous avions était sous le restaurant donc très bruyant le soir entre 16h et 21h.

Nice views and the kitchen was convenient. Location was walkable to some stores and restaurants. On the negative, the beds were very saggy and the pillows terribly lumpy. There is no A/C in the main rooms (fortunately there is in the bedrooms). The fan was not working either - so very uncomfortable with 95 degree weather.

This was more like a hostel for young people and I did not feel safe at all with staying there with my wife and two small children. We ended up leaving the property the same day and had to walk the streets at night in rain to find a safe place to stay! I need the full amount paid refunded.
