"Great location and a really lovely hotel. We stayed in Room 16, which overlooks the courtyard and has a beautiful view of the Citadel of Rocamadour, especially at night when it’s all lit up. Dropping our bags off was very straightforward thanks to the hotel’s drop-off point, and we were lucky enough to find parking on the nearby street. "The elevator is a big plus when arriving tired. Everyone was friendly and helpful, though we didn't really need much assistance. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well and the bath was both roomy and had ample space around the sink to leave out tooth brushes, deodorant, etc. Thought close to the highway, our room was quiet and I didn't notice any traffic noise, though with the AC on we kept the window shut. The carpet was a bit worn, but otherwise a good place to spend the night. The location is a bit out of town, though within walking distance of a large shopping "mall" or hypercenter. When we're touristing, we normally eat at area restaurants, so I cannot comment on breakfast, but a quick peek revealed lots to choose from."

"This is beautiful and quirky hotel in an old part of the town centre of Souillac. Owners appeared to be welcoming and charismatic. Lady owner communicates in English if struggling to speak in French. Rooms presented to be very nice and clean, while beds very comfortable. Bathroom appeared to be clean but would benefit from a little renovation. There is shower in the bathtub but no rail to attach it, which was a little bit inconvenient. There is cafe and dinning room downstairs, which seems to attract a lot of locals. Breakfast is served in the dinning room, though I would personally rather have something to eat elsewhere. Hygiene standards in the dinning room are not what I am used to, and are somehow low."

"La situation de l'hôtel est un atout certain ainsi que ses nombreuses aménités. Nous avons en effet été témoins de certains problèmes rapportés dans d'autres commentaires comme la prise qui se détache. La chambre était petite, mais propre et les lits confortables. La dame au comptoir était charmante et vraiment aidante. Le sentiment est celui d'un village vacances qui souffre d'un certain vieillissement, mais notre expérience a été très bonne. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, mission accomplie."
