Nice place but terrible bed and pillow. The place has been renovated but beds are rock hard with lumpy uncomfortable pillows. So bad we couldn't sleep. Do like to leave negative reviews but regretted booking here due to substandard bed and pillow.

The room has almost no amenities: No hair dryer, no face/hand towel, no bath rug (or extra towel), no paper bin, only one light switch at the entrance, and just one outlet. Wifi has poor connection. It is very loud all the time, the rooms are no sound proof so you can hear everything that happens in the other rooms.

Las instalaciones muy viejas , camas y sábanas mucho muy desagradables, el ruido de vecinos , iglesia desde las 4 am Un lugar muy bonito pero el interior de las recámaras muy feas , toallas muy viejas, televisión muy vieja …. No lo recomiendo nada !!!

Todo bien ubicación, instalaciones, cercanía al Centro y plazas , pero no funcionó la televisión ni la conexión a wifi. No nos querían respetar nuestro desayuno continental porque supuestamente no les aparecía, hasta que les mostramos la confirmación.

Supuestamente incluia el desayuno al llegar nos lo confirman y al dia siguiente dicen que No que lo debo pagar. Tardaron casi 2 horas y no pudieron resolver el tema de la TV aunado a una mala calidad de internet.
