Location is near Sam's Club and other shopping plazas, but nice and quiet, being on the outskirts of town. Good location.

Property management really rude!!!! He wanted to charge a lot of money for a 2 dam remote controllers that were supposed be missing They end up finding the controllers in the room..... He even treated to call the cops on us😡😡😡

Receptionists with bad attitude
The ladies at the front desk weren't nice, rooms were pretty nice and the hotel is new and clean, they just have to change the two receptionists that work in the day,

Hotel is in Great condición. Service was excellent. The only drawback is it is a few miles from town.

Great budget hotel
Great value on a budget. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Quick check-in and check-out. I gave 4 stars because the rooms smelled like fresh paint but on the other hand they are well kept.

Nice hotel like new
I like the hotel and the restaurant but the personal at the front desk should be more smiling and at the restaurant it should be more than two people to serve and cooking beacuse there was just one to serve and one for cooking!

nice looking hotel, nice rooms, but the feel of a dating hotel, On the road, far from everything,a very dirty and cold pool
I think it was wrong hotel, because we still do not have swimming pool. We are at your service.

New budget hotel with good facilities.
New budget hotel with good facilities. This hotel is between outside San Juan del Rio towards Tequisquiapan. Not ideal if you are looking to be in either one of these towns. Nevertheless, if you have a car can reach either town eaily and quickly. Good price for the hotel facilities as prices in Tequisquiapan are more expensive but distance to Tequisquiapan may be a drawback.

El personal intenta ayudar pero el hotel esta horrible, descuidado. Toallas rotas y el baño tiraba agua. Parece Motel de mala calidad. No lo sugiero. Apesar de tener buen puntaje.

Solo hay un detalle que en nuestra habitación los aromas del baño eran fuertes . Se solucionaba cerrando la puerta pero al entrar no era un aroma que pasara desapercibido, de ahí todo está por encima de lo que se paga . Habitación amplia, agua caliente , limpieza impecable.

HORRIBLE! De lo peor que he vivido, un trato espantoso por parte de las recepcionistas del turno 3:00 pm, nada amables, el hotel huele a viejo, y te cobran $100 por cada visita que ingrese al hotel. Espantoso. Mi gran sugerencia: busquen otra opción-no vayan!

Lamentamos los inconvenientes! Sin embargo a modo de aclaración lo que se cobra es la persona extra; si usted reserva para un número de personas y luego llegan más a hospedarse o sólo a “pasar” a bañarse pues es obvio que le cobren el servicio!Entiendemos su molestia y lo lamentamos!Quedamos a sus órdenes!
