The Space:
The accommodation consists of 5 independent apartments with independent entrance. The entire building has 500 Mbps fiber optic internet with repeaters. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, terrace, independent bathrooms, access to 2 laundry centers with dryer and 250 Mbps Wifi, as well as free toiletries.

Guest Access:
You will have independent access to the entire apartment, including the 16 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the patio or balcony. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of your own space.

The Neighborhood:
Discover the privileged location of our apartment, located in a complex with tree-lined walkways, ideal for strolling and enjoying the surroundings. A few steps away you will find a variety of stores, cafes and restaurants for all tastes. In addition, you will be a few meters away from the emblematic Arcos de Querétaro, an icon of the city. Enjoy the tranquility in one of the safest areas, with access to three terraces to relax.

Getting Around:
The apartment has easy access to the main avenues, although it is located in a central and quiet area. Public transportation in Santiago de Querétaro is accessible, with bus stops nearby. Parking is free on the street. To get to Queretaro Intercontinental Airport (AIQ), estimated driving time is approximately 30 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
There is no garage for cars, you must park on the street, there are surveillance cameras.
Access to the laundry room is shared.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Desks and workspaces are available.
The fourth bedroom has a single bunk bed.
Because it is an older floor, there may be small stains in some areas, but this does not affect comfort.
