“Apt. Has a great location and was well equipped but for the heating. Some nights in January the temperature dipped into the mid-30s (Fahrenheit) and in the morning the apt. was quite cool…62 degrees F., which is uncomfortable when simply sitting and eating. When we mentioned this to the manager his response was for us to sit in one room with the heater. Not the best solution to be restricted to the bedroom during the day trying to stay warm.”

“This is a very nice unit with a few flaws. First, it has a great location, close to restaurants. It’s spacious and would easily accommodate 6 persons. It has a good-sized kitchen with modern appliances. Also has a dining table large enough for 6 persons. The sitting area is large and comfortable with a nice television with a number of streaming apps. The bedrooms are a good size with closet space and shelves in each. The host was very responsive to our requests. ”

“The apartment was very clean and quiet. The cleaning service was great and the courtyard was very beautiful and well kept. The location is two blocks from Esperanza and La Comer so baked goods and groceries were close by. Internet was super fast, ceiling fans kept things cool, really no complaints. Unit was secure with entry gates and parking was secure also (though we did not have a car)”
