"The unique concept and decor is the reason I came and extended my stay. Friendliness of staff was great. When to restaurant daily and live music in the bar 4 nights a week was not too loud to disturb."

"I recently stayed at Inn de Avenida and overall had a pleasant experience thanks to the incredible staff. Every member of the team I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The receptionists, cleaners, and security guards all went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They are a real asset to the hotel and deserve recognition for their excellent customer service.
The only downside was the condition of the bathroom. The toilet had a persistent unpleasant smell...

Very nice hotel, big rooms, very close to everything, restaurants, bars and shopping. All of their staff were great from the front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

Good located hotel. Very comfy and supporting bed.
Helpful and smiley staff (changed my room upon request). The rooms have some elementary construction issues though: when a neighbour is smoking the smoke enters your room via the bathroom ventilation system. Very noisy as well due to hole in the wall airconditioner type so you're basically like sleeping with the window open letting all the roadside noise in. Floor level 7 a lot better but anything below I do not recommend if you're a light...
