“Beautiful property and very nice and friendly staff. Only downside is WiFi isn’t working if your room is opposite side of the lobby. Otherwise everything else about this hotel is perfect if you are looking to relax and recharge. ”

“Panisté was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. The rooms were great, with really nice views of the mountains and hills nearby. It felt like we were far away from everything. The restaurant was really tasty as well, and they were very accommodating of my food intolerances (dairy). I highly recommend the temascal - a steam room Guatemalan style, where a wood fire heats rocks that you then put water on to create steam in a brick dome. We also wandered around the……

“Très grand appartement, avec canapés, table et chaises. Le micro-ondes est vraiment appréciable. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas un petit frigo. Grand parking sécurisé. WiFi parfait. Personnel très serviable et souriant. Propreté irréprochable. ”

“The cabin has terrible access roads had an SUV and had a hard time getting there, once there one of the bedrooms has no heating, no fridge and the only way to heat the leaving room is by using firewood that has to be brought from outside and really hard to light up, top bedroom its only accisable by a ladder a construction ladder, showers can only be used hot or cold imposible to get warm water to shower and top bedroom shower does not work only water spicket, no internet working try both……

“What I liked about the property was that is was very nice and clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. What i greatly appreciate is that we arrived very late after hours and they allowed us in the property. They had sent us an email informing us that the latest ck in was 12 midnight and i felt like we were not going to be allowed in. After a few messages they agreed. Once we arrived i believe we were met by the owner or manager of the property and he made sure he informed us to check in……
