"Great location, nice space, but host not very responsive. No information booklet to explain how anything works. Heater didn't work and host didn't believe us. We had to send a video of us plugging in the heater, turning it on, and nothing happening. We finally got a working heater after a week. A window shade over the patio door was broken and the host never responded about it, so I fixed it. All responses from host were single sentences, and not always helpful, leaving us to figure out things...
