"The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet but the food is not as good as I expected. The service was excellent, the shows were entertaining and fun. The herradura restaurant was great. If the food was of better quality the hotel would be a 5 stars"

"There was no airport shuttle. However, we had an early arrival and they were kind enough to check us in immediately. We also had down time and a later departure the next day, and were super kind as we hung out in the lobby. The staff were amazing, 10 out of 10 on hospitality."

"Pros: Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Close to Panaca, huge room, beautiful nature around. The best of thiss place is Sandra (the host) who is extremely kind, helpful and cooks a delicious breakfast. Cons: Limited offer and schedule in the restaurant. No bar in the room. Breakfast is not varied ..."
