“Quiet place to stay”

“For our 50th Class Reunion, the Henry House was perfect. Debra was an ideal host. She let us check in early and made certain all was to our liking. The ambiance of the house was so peaceful. My husband said there was a sweet spirit in this house, and there was. I particularly loved the way Debra stayed true to the character of the original home. We loved it and will come again!”

“Inexpensive for a reason. No TP but did have coffee. The AC didn’t work well in the bedroom. Host was responsive. ”

“The property is pet friendly and in an excellent location. The host is very welcoming and easy to work with. The downside of this house is that it is very old. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures and the bathroom is very small and, although clean, it doesn’t feel that clean given the age and condition of the house. The amenities in the house are not great—the mattresses are not comfortable (one sags in the middle) and the kitchen supplies are very old and used. It did have……

“Midtown Charm is a great little house close to groceries and campus. Communication was excellent! Super easy check-in and checkout. We especially liked the private backyard and the screened porch. Awesome!”
