「The AC was small so it could not cool the room, we had to open the window and the door to get cool air from outside. Kitchen didn’t have microwave oven and the stove didn’t have gas. Utensils, plates and glasses were dirty and disgusting. Cockroaches crawl on the sink and cabinets. Bathroom looks filty too. This is the worst accomodation we had so far.」

「It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. 」

「In the middle of all Playa del Carmen has to offer. Close to Quinta Avenida, the beach, and many restaurants. Chedraui store very close for groceries, coffee and pastries. The host is on site, very friendly, and always available. Property is very secure and provides parking. The only downside is that the music from the club at Be Playa across the street was loud on some nights.」

「Our stay here at this property was excellent! The check in process was seamless and the property manager was wonderful. He was full of useful information and suggestions throughout our stay including arranging a golf cart and great food recommendations. The central location of the property was good for ease of getting around the island. And the views!!! Stunning! The property was clean, beautiful, and stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation. 」

「I liked it. Great location. Oxxo is nearby, the big dance clubs are a block away. You could hear them at night but I'm not a sensitive sleeper and didn't have a problem with it. If you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue, but not for most.The location is great! Half block from 5thAve. A block off the beach. Scuba place across the street.Roof has 2 pools and a hot tub. Great view of the ocean. There's a bar there from something like noon to 8pm. The roof was a big plus for me. Great...
