“SRA Elena was very accomidating and has a wonderful condo in Mayan paradise. The beach was wonderful and Jose keeps the grounds, pool, and beach clean. Everything was top notch and was a real treat for a first class getaway. The kids loved the pool and slept well in the airconditioning. Thank you for having us! “We enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated unit. Lots of light through all the windows and a good breeze kept us cool. The view is wonderful across the water and down to the pool area, and the large deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Arlene, the property manager, and the rest of the Caribbean Reef staff, were friendly and helpful. Thank you Anais and Mario for sharing this beautiful spot and we appreciate all the restaurant suggestions! We hope to return to……

“The unit was just as advertised, Mercedes was a big help with checking us in and making sure everything went smooth. She also helped with renting a car for a couple days, Renting the golf cart and arranging transportation from the airport. The complex is great. Not a lot of people so we had the pool mostly to ourselves. We will be back.”

“We really enjoyed the apartment! It was very clean when we first arrived. It had a nice supply of dishes, glassware, and everything we needed to use the kitchen. The amenities- including the hot tub and rooftop balcony were fantastic. The hosts were easy to contact and attentive to our needs. The location was outstanding- a very short walk to the beach! “We stayed for three nights. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Close to stores. The batteries in the AC remotes were missing and/or run down but were quickly replaced by maintenance. Nice community pool. It was exactly as described. Secure and safe. Our only problem was finding the location.”

“We stayed in this apartment 6 years ago and when looking for a low stress trip to take from the US it made perfect sense to return to the same location and property we had stayed at previously. Off season, you basically have the pool and the beach to yourself; it is a gem. The property and pool are clean and well maintained. You can walk north and south along the beach for 25-30 minutes in each direction. The area is safe and clean. The town has grown a lot since we were last there; there is now……

“We loved every minute at this place! It was beautiful and perfect. the only reason I left off one star on location is it is a tiny bit further from town from other places we have stayed at, but it is by far the nicest place we have stayed in in this area!!”

“Beautiful unit with breathtaking views, wonderful amenities, excellent communication, and a very peaceful setting. The pool, beach combination provided a lot of entertainment for our 5yo, who also got to look for lizards in the courtyard. Questions about the unit or local events were readily provided making us feel well cared for. The space was well maintained and the appliances were all top notch. Washer and dryer were helpful with an adventurous kid, though are a smaller size than we are used……

“We enjoyed our stay, the community area and pool are wonderful, and nicer than other places we looked at. While it's away from the centre of town, we had an easy time getting around by taxi and collectivo. We found a few great places to eat within a reasonable walk. Tony was very quick to resond to questions and checking in was easy. There is a real community feel there, we met so many wonderful people.”

“Overall, the condo was satisfactory, but we were somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo on our arrival, especially the kitchen area, ( screen doors and windows were full of dead bugs, kitchen drawers and shelves were dusty and contained gecko droppings) which necessitated the arrival of the cleaners who came the next day. A few other things: The bedroom a/c did not function well, the shower in the main bathroom constantly dripped, dishes were chipped and mismatched, cutlery is……

“Jeremy was great about communicating and helping with any questions. The location of the place was easy for our driving service to find, and it couldn’t have been a better spot on the beach. The complex was very quiet, well kept, and the beach area was perfect for relaxing. The condo was very cute! Some cons; The shower in the spare bathroom never got cold no matter what handle we turned on and how long we left it on. The shower in the master would get warm after a little bit. The on site……

“My husband and I absolutely loved this condo. It was exceptionally clean and spacious. We used all three patios! Liz greeted us upon arrival, offered her help as needed and provided a lovely welcome fruit basket that we enjoyed all week. We have stayed in several locations in Puerto Morelos and this is our favorite.”
