“In reality it’s an old building. It’s hot and the ACs are typical room style units. Only one was functional due to one of the rooms in 1207 that the room’s air is connected to the rest of the unit that is not temperature controlled. Not a hard fix, some dry wall above the door of the second room could keep the temperature in that room. Also, you could insulate the shutters with glass to keep the air in the rooms and mosquitoes out. While it’s not a bad place and about a 1k investment could solve……

“We had an enjoyable stay. Glad we had the whole place to ourselves. There are technically 2 rental units in the one house. The 1st unit had a kitchen with the living/dining area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one had a TV). There is door in the hallway that connects to the 2nd unit, which has a separate mini kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom (with TV). My oldest enjoyed feeling like she had her own apartment for our stay.
