Home was in a great location, close to many amenities. Host, James, was very communicative leading up to our stay, during, our stay, and after we left. He thoroughly let us know via the VRBO messaging what to expect, what was expected of us, and what the area had to offer. We would stay again.

Property as described. Beds and furniture comfortable. Kitchen extremely well stocked. Communication was very good. Place was clean. Shower was a little hard to get temperature correct and pressure not awesome but it got the job done

Cozy - felt just like home

My husband and I had to travel to the Richmond area for a family medical emergency. This cozy home in a quiet neighborhood was exactly what we needed. The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-outfitted and allowed us to make several meals for ourselves. I personally loved the fact that the main bathroom was always warm. The host was very gracious in helping us make changes to our reservation and was very prompt with all correspondence. We would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting family in the area. Our pup loved the yard and we took a few walks with him through the quiet neighborhood. James was very helpful and responsive and the house was comfortable for us.

Very clean and at an affordable price!!

We rented the house to stay in for a fishing tournament. It was fairly close to all boat landings on the James River and had plenty of parking!!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Loved sitting on the deck out back and watching the squirrels. We went to williamsburg for the day and it was an easy 30 min drive up the freeway.

One and a half baths

We have stayed in this property two years in a row. We almost didn’t stay there this year because the listing says 1 full bath. There is also a half bath. Great communication with host, everything was provided, house was clean and in a quiet area. Convenient to downtown Richmond without a lot of traffic.

We had everything we needed.

The house was clean, cozy, and peaceful. No noisy neighbors. 1.5 minutes to a Food Lion. All communications were answered within a couple minutes. Overall a very pleasant experience. There was also good Verizon reception.

Quiet Neighborhood

The house was very charming. The kitchen was well stocked, with a few condiments in the fridge! We had fun playing the board games that were available and using the basketball hoop in the backyard. The neighborhood was extremely quiet at night. It was very different than the city that we came from! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
