Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel. Les gardiens nous demandaient un code QR que nous n’avions pas. Au bout d’une heure, quelqu’un nous a aidé pour envoyer un message via whatsapp. J’ai dû téléphoner mon fils au Québec pour qu’il parle à quelqu’un d’Expedia. 2h30 plus tard nous avons eu notre chambre. Très déçue du service.

El lugar es muy bonito, tanto el edificio como la habitación, la atención es muy buena, siempre contestan, pero a mejorar lo siguiente: 1. la reserva que se suele hacer según las fotos no coincide con la habitación entregada. 2. El servicio de desayuno es solo desde las 8:30 A pesar de lo anterior es un gran lugar.
