Executive and modern suite designed for Airbnb guests. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, easy and enjoyable. We offer you high speed wifi, smart tv, Netflix, parking, arrival at any time with our key box system, clothes washer and dryer, equipped kitchen, microwave, etc. You will find all kinds of restaurants and services a step away.
Its location allows you to quickly move anywhere to the center or north of the city of Quito.
The suite is recently renovated. Clean, modern and cozy, it has 24/7 guardianship. Located in the center-north of Quito in the La Pradera sector, a privileged site for its ease of mobilization within the city. Near Parque la Carolina, Flacso, Mall el Jardín, Embassies, Consulates, Government Offices, Hospitals, etc.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests.
For parking use we require that the guest expressly request it to reserve it.
