“A nice boutique hotel with great staffs. Location close to old town. Bed is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Two minor issues with my single room. First being no wardrobe. Second the bathing area is too open and water do spill out and wet the floor a bit.”

“Lots of difficulty here. The room was nice, though no exterior windows. You have to check in before midnight, and the host locks you in from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM each night (yes, really) due to what she described as dangerous streets. On our 10:30 check in, after almost 12 hours of travel, she fought vociferously with us because we asked to remain on the sidewalk for five minutes to smoke a cigarrete. Her helpers, two young Quechua girls, were fantastic and friendly, though we felt sorry that……

“We would stay here again. The location was great with a park across the street and nearby grocery stores. No restaurants were open nearby, despite it being Saturday night. The room was generally quiet and the sheets were super soft. The room was big and had good options to lay out our suitcases. The room also had a mini fridge, however there was no bottled water in the room. The toilet seat and toilet paper rack were both very loose, but the bathroom had a fan. The fridge and fan were extra nice……

La atención ofrecida por Yadira (en especial), Diego, Freddy y Osvaldo fue muy atenta. El hotel, en general, estuvo bonito. Me gustó mucho su zona verde. Ofrecen traslados desde y hacia el aeropuerto. El desayuno estuvo muy bien. Como oportunidades: 1. El piso de madera suena mucho. 2. “The location is good and near to the attraction points. The front desk people is nice and very helpful. When we left in early morning to the airport (around 6:00am), they prepared take away breakfast for us even it's just simple fruit, biscuit and drink. We felt very warm and the service is over 5 stars hotel. We recommend to all if you're going to Quito.”
