"我住的是十樓，不但所有門關門聲比較大，而且風聲也大！check in時有WiFi卻沒有告訴客人密碼，要客人打電話去問！早上有听到敲打聲，不知發生什麼事？影響到我休息了！清潔度算乾淨，只有廁所門上有污点沒有弄乾淨！我覺得床与床之間的櫃檯上，洗手盆邊應該放一盒紙巾！"
