My room is airy and inviting, offering a stunning view—the city stretching toward the west and the vast ocean shimmering to the east. The pool adds to the charm, and the sunrise in the morning was breathtaking, painting the sky with warm, golden hues.

It was a very nice hotel with a nice room and good views. It wasn’t very conveniently located to stores and restaurants, but there were a couple nearby. The staff was good and friendly,, and took good care of my needs👍

Service unprofessional pushing no one ask for anything until we ask for help all the room smell stink come from sewer .ask for help to fix they’re bringing smelling Acohole electric plug for bester smelll it not very good for heath .i staying 2 nights and never coming back again

Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast buffet was good and the beach is close if you are looking to go for a nice walk. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and had a great view of the sea.

Hotel still developing

Recent hotel still incomplete (sky bar and passage to Acqua beach club not finished) rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Good AC and beautiful view over the ocean. A lot of good restaurant around the hotel. Access to the public beach is a bit frustrating… And the Acqua beach bar is NOT an actual beach bar…

Probably one of the best hotels I've ever been. This combines the professionalism of the staff (treating you like VIP from picking you up at the airport to handling your luggages at reception whilst waiting for your room etc.), the luxury design of the room (we had Sea View Deluxe Room) to the great available amenities. The swimming pool was super. It is not too crowded after 7pm. We also used their Spa Massage, which relaxed us so much. Highly recommend. Sea View is a must, you'll wake up to such a lovely view every day. The hotel location allows you to walk to the night market, and it's only 50m distance from the beach. Overall, it was such a lovely stay. I am already looking forward for my next trip in Quy Nhon and book again with FLC City Hotel Beach.

Nice but not again

This is my 2nd time staying at this Hotel, sadly will probably be my last. Overall it is a very good hotel in a good location. For me personally the first few days of basic breakfast but then 2 coach-loads of people turned up for 2 nights and suddenly there was great choice for breakfast so were we not important enough to get the extra choices out? considering with my company we had 6 rooms. Also the coffee is Luke warm, I did try and ask for a pot of coffee for my table but they didn’t have one they provide tiny teacups for the coffee and it’s a pain going up and down to fill it and for it to be cold, for someone who loves their coffee it was annoying to not have a lovely hot coffee to start the day. Cleaning of the room is can be hit and miss, even if you press the button they might turn up and on one occasion they turned up at 7.30am to clean the room! I was getting ready to go to work and asked them to come back later, they didn’t. The sky bar was not open when I stayed in March and this time again it was still closed I was told it will be open next week. I had to ask twice to put toilet roll in my room. I booked a premium room this time with 2 balconies and furniture but sadly the big balcony had no furniture to sot out on. It is clean, they are lovely people unfortunately when they don’t understand you they walk away. The pool is lovely, I particularly recommend their coconut coffee it’s delicious. It was an overall good experience but sadly I won’t go again.
