However Airport pick up is NOT complimentary and is charged at 750MAD when you can get a Luxury Pick at 300MAD WE were asked if we needed a pick up from the Airport on arrival , but never told that it would cost 750 MAD , which was totally out of order . 」

"They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel.
