“I recognize the managing a rental property is not an easy task. That said, there were various factors that made this stay suboptimal. On the positive side, the location was ideally situated near the most interesting attractions in Rabat, and close to Mdina. Communication was not ideal. I did not receive any detail about access to the apartment until after I arrived in Malta the morning of our stay.
