The house is well equipped to handle large families- complete with cookware, cutlery, dishes, toilet supplies and games. The location is perfect for outdoor activities like hiking, rafting and many other fun things- like waterfalls. Highlands, NC is a short drive away with restaurants and shops galore. Definitely would stay again! Easy communication with hosts. ”

“Beautiful House in Great Location: We loved out stay in Sky Valley! The house was beautiful, with everything we needed. The deck overlooked the valley and had a view of the mountains. We were conveniently located near shopping in Highlands and Clayton and many wonderful hiking trails. The owner was extremely responsive to a couple of small issues we had after checking in. ”

“We were 5 adults in Clayton for a wedding. The church was less than 2 miles away, so this location was perfect! It is also very close to Main Street and all the adorable boutiques, restaurants and bars there. The home was spacious, very clean, and perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a successful weekend. I would definitely recommend this home! ”

“We had a wonderful week at The Over Look Cabin! It was such a peaceful location with everything you could want! The cabin was well stocked and immaculately clean. The hot tub on the deck was so relaxing. We enjoyed fishing at Lake Burton and Lake Seed. The driveway is a bit steep and the mountain road is curvy, but we easily rented a spot to park our boat at LaPrades. We grilled fish at the cabin, but also enjoyed a few dinners out in Clayton. We had a lovely time!”

“I've stayed at this property twice now, for several nights at a time. Both stays have been positive experiences, and I will try to book this house again if I'm back in Clayton.- Clean and modern, everything worked- Photos and descriptions are accurate- Comfortable bed- Ample hot water and good water pressure in shower- Although it's a townhome unit, the neighbors have all been quiet both times I've stayed here- Very close to downtown Clayton, less than 2 minute drive and approximately 10 minute……

“The Canopy was the perfect spot for my family this Summer. A hidden gem away from the hot, Summer sun but close enough to lots of adventures. My teenage kids, 14 (girl) and 17(boy) had a blast white water rafting, hiking around waterfalls, zip lining and touring the area. The hosts were the absolute sweetest and most accommodating we've ever experienced. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon! ”
