“This is a good hotel. The staff are all very helpful and smart! I only stayed for one night and arrived late to check in. When they heard that i need to take some sky photos (for academic purpose), they proposed to offer me with a room getting a better view to shoot the sky. this is so warm and considerate. But at last i found that they balcony on the 2nd floor (open area) is in fact the best position to shoot photos. The sunset is so beautiful! Their room is tidy and clean and with all……

“The stay was pleasant as the staff were very warm and friendly. The lodge is fairly plain and not meant for extended stays in my opinion as there is not much more than rooms and the restaurant. (yes there is a pool.) The buildings are modern but without any architectural flair or artistic creativity. It is a good location in the park and easy to drive to any location for wildlife viewing. ”

On check-in we were told that the company that handles their Hotels.com bookings was in a dispute with them, and that they had not forwarded the funds from our prepayment for the rooms. We were told we’d Ned to pay for the rooms at the hotel and then take the matter up with the company that handles the bookings for them to get a refund of the prepaid funds. We were charged only half the amount that we prepaid for the two rooms originally, so booking……

“We had to leave and had to make a new reservation at a different hotel. We drove in and waited at the gate for 15 minutes and in pitch darkness before someone came to open the gate. The gate is almost a quarter mile away from the main buildings. We honked multiple times and I had to leave the safety of my car to knock at the gate. The room we were assigned was Dirty with falling window curtains. Water was shut off and we had to wait for them to run around to get it running. The toilet was dirty……
