A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the……

“Modern, clean, inviting, good breakfast, well designed, friendly staff. Excellent hotel and would highly recommend. It doesn't have a pool, which we were fine with, but that might be crucial for some people as a heads up.”

“Loved everything! Never done B&B and I think I was spoiled. Spacious room, Nice bed, pillows, lighting, t.v, jacuzzi tub, or shower and an eclectic mix of items and paintings/photos to look at. Also you will not get breakfast like that at a hotel. Served when YOU are ready to eat. My kind of place. Martin and Petra are kind and direct hosts. If they were all like this I would NEVER stay in a hotel again.”

“The staff were very nice but sadly the condition of the property is seriously sad. The floors in the room were what seemed to be the cheapest laminate possible and there was a lot of water damage. The bathroom sink didn’t even have a drain cover so you can see inside the pipe which of course is not lovely . The toilet couldn’t be flushed twice in the span of 5 minutes as the tank was so low on refilling . The bed was very creaky and there was a slight “smell” that I couldn’t put my finger on……

“Great place for a base to explore the area. Clean quiet, great staff and close to everything you need. Only thing I’d like would be a kettle instead of a coffee machine. Other than that we would highly recommend this as a place to stay.”
