"The breakfast was a complete let down.. I am a Pescatarian, no fish/ Salmon available.. no beans , no hash browns, no plant based foods available.. For the price, a complete con.. , The reception staff, not very helpful, the Porter, just want to get you a taxi, so they earn commission… The house keeping staff , the lady who cleaned the room, were very nice.. Also the pool/ Gym opens at 10am- 10pm… most people want to use before they start there days… steam wasnt working.. aHave to buy a cap, if you want to use pool… Ask the receptionist, about any nice places to eat, totally unhelpful.. porter, ai felt was rude, asking the reception about costs for shuttle, Porter says you have to talk to me… he was worried about his commission.. wanted 45 Euros.. got a yellow taxi outside the hotel for 32 Euro to IST.. It was because the short porter was rude , I decided to not go for shuttle.. then made enquiries for the Taxi, and saved money.."

"A Truly Unforgettable Experience at Pera Palas Hotel, Istanbul My stay at Pera Palas Hotel was one of the most relaxing and exquisite experiences I’ve had. The hotel blends beauty, history, and the finest Turkish hospitality. Every detail is thoughtfully considered. Our three days were made even more special by the wonderful staff. From Esma Hanım, who showed us Atatürk's room, Agatha Christie’s room, and the famous lift from 1892, to Erdal, Ergun, and Enes at reception, the service was impeccable. Bellboys Kemal and Baran made sure we were comfortable, and the staff remembered our tea and coffee preferences, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was exceptional, with so much to choose from that we couldn’t sample everything. The olives were especially delicious! Sergen, Gamze, Doğuhan, and Hanife made our mornings even more delightful. The bar and tea room offered a magnificent yet comfortable atmosphere, ideal for relaxation after a busy day. At the spa, Tarık Bey and the team at the Hamam gave us an unforgettable experience. My husband and I felt completely rejuvenated afterwards. The hotel’s location is also fantastic—perfect for exploring Istanbul. All in all, our stay was flawless, and we can't wait to return."

"Our first stay at a Ritz hotel and it was AMAZING the location was walking distance to many restaurant, shopping. Highly recommend to stay. All perfect. Having Nobu in hotel was a plus. "

"We had such a great three nights stay at Rixos Tersane, with my family. The staffs were so welcoming and helpful. My room upgraded to full sea-view and additionally with balcony. Breakfast buffet was also great with lots of options and a great view. In extra, I would like to extend our thanks to Mrs Kubra from guest relations for assuring a comfort stay with an extra services by arranging indoor pool for the kids at Aliee Hotel. "

"The negative reviews (Taksim location) are definitely competitors sabotage! Ignore the noise and book it! Expedia has the best price! From live chefs cooking stations to pristine rooms (sanctuary of comfort), and Iconic Landmarks Views, it’s an incredible value! Highly Recommend at The Marmara Hotel in TAKSIM District in Istanbul (5 stars hotel). The BREAKFAST - bounty array of fresh dishes, and made to order stations that cater to every craving; premium quality of food, bread, fruits and drinks, simply unbeatable price! The LOUNGE ACCESS is a magnificent view to landmarks with affordable value for all they provide- the curated drink menu and gourmet small plates not to mention the artisan pastries, made me feel like VIP! The SPA & The POOL The Starbucks next door. We were ASTONISHED by all the beauty of the hotel (better than Central Park’s NY hotels). The videos & website’s hotel cannot capture the magnificent views, the superb hospitality all the staff who provided a royal treatment in a sophisticated atmosphere!
