“Very good hotel，the staff are nice and very helpful”

“This hotel is a bit far from Ao Nang city centre but with the shuttle bus service, it just takes less than 10 min to get there, so it's not a problem at all. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean and tidy, the pool is larger than I expected and it's very clean too. Breakfast was served in room but it was not cooked at the spot. Some of the food was a bit cold already. Overall speaking, I'm very happy with the stay here.”

“Very far away from the centre and yet relaxing and exotic!”

“Overall I am very please for my stay in this hotel, especially I would like to give high credit to their staff. This is because on one morning, my car cannot be started due to the issues of the battery. The doorman there came at once to my car and very pro-actively offered for assistance. In the end, he and his colleagues helped to start my car and also change my tyre as they saw that one of my tyre was flat. For this reason, I highly recommended this hotel because of their friendly staff.”

“PROPERTY AGING & THE OTHERS IS FINE”

“乾淨、寬敞、舒適的房間。服務人員也很親切、總是微笑服務。浴室有乾濕分離、衣架也夠用。 但隔壁是餐廳，會有些為食物油煙味，所以窗戶只能緊閉。 (我們住在三樓，大廳往下一層) 床鋪軟，同床者翻身會互相影響。”
