「On our first night of the stay, the sink was clogged and unusable, and the air conditioner was so weak. Also the toilet is completely different to the photo advertised from the website, looks like a scam.
However the food for dinner and breakfast were really delicious. Overall just okay, that’s why it’s 2/5」

「It is near Utrecht Centre and Utrecht Centraal (30 minutes walk) but not too crowded with tourist! The staff are very friendly and kind!
The bed is quite nice if you got used to it. It is not much of a complaint but reminds that:
1. The and service room I booked does not offer washing machines or drying machines which I need to check carefully (but the staff are very helpful on pointing nearby laundry shop)
2. My room is in 2nd floor but because it is an old building, it doesnt have an elevator....

「Stay 3 nights at Bunk Hotel , Location is very convenient, staffs are kind , friendly and helpful.
I must say that my room 35 where is on the second floor was quiet even there are restaurant and bar on the o floor. But during the stay. I was satisfied with the environment , chill vibes !
