“We stayed at this hotel for two nights in the private cabin room with a jacuzzi in front. This property is definitely gorgeous especially the room we stayed. Everything is great, the hotel restaurant is very well-designed with live music at night and the breakfast is so delicious with great varieties. However, one thing we found a bit lack was the professionalism of the front desk service. They were not very helpful, we asked them to send some toiletries twice because we ran out but they never……

“Terrible service. Bed sheets were not cleaned as evidenced by hairs on the pillow and under the blanket. Staff was so rude. I booked a room with breakfast included. When asked about where should I go for breakfast, the staff replied “no breakfast for you! You booked the room with discount. How dare you ask about breakfast. Other rooms pay more than you and they don’t get breakfast!”. Beware of the check in time that ends so early. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend anyone……

“We check in on Friday night , we were given a room with full of mosquito. I asked to change another room with clean and no mosquito. They should prepare a clean and nice room for us! I was bitten by insect at bed on Saturday night and a lot of marks on my legs!!! The breakfast on Saturday is OK, on Sunday is the best, On Monday is mot much to choose!! I don't recommend this village hotel!!!”

“Spacious room well equipped with everything we needed. Clean and convenient location to floating and train markets. The woman who works at the check in counter was very kind and helpful. Although we didn’t catch her name we would like to thank her kindly for her assistance throughout our stay. :) we will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Arigato ”
