「The place was dirty. Water bottles, dead spiders, live bugs on the ceiling and in the windows (which the owners claimed it was “almost impossible to keep them out this time of year”)dirty window sills, windows wide open in cold weather, spider webs, dirty kitchen/cabinets, coffee pod still in coffee maker, heating unit didn’t work. Had to keep flipping the breaker. The managers did send a cleaning person after I sent pictures of the place and cleaned the unit. Still, a 60 cleaning fee when...
