The hotel is extremely new and spotless, the staff went above and beyond, and the service was flawless. They even stored my luggage for over a week while I traveled north for a yoga retreat (completely free), and welcomed me back again before my flight home. Amazing room service, delicious food, and overall an exceptional experience.」

「立地を重視して選んだので当然といえば当然であるが、コンノートプレイスの中にあり、メトロ駅にも5分程度で行けるのでとても便利だった。もう一点は、エアコンの暖房があったこと、アグラ、バラナシのホテルでは暖房がなく寒い思いをした。インドでは冷房はあるが暖房のないことが多いようです。 サービスは普通だが値段相応であり頼めばやってくれるので問題なかった。」

「Right in the middle of the Main Bazar Road, near the railway station, it was perfect for us. The staff were great, really helpful and sorted out a taxi to take us to the airport. The room had no windows but other than that was also great. Anyway if we wanted to look out onto the road, we could go to the roof where the restaurant was 」

「Very close to Dehli train station, but the enviroment around is quite noisy and a bit dirty. They can provide bottle of water and hot water for shower upon request. Good: boss is very helpful, he can always give good advice on my plan in travelling the India. Room is clean, good standard in Dehli. The owner has made effort on the lighting effect in the room. 「デリー駅に23時に到着する列車でデリーに到着する予定であったため、このホテルを予約しました。 部屋は清潔で快適でした(私の部屋は、窓が無かったのは残念でしたが、圧迫感はありませんでした)。 デリー駅周辺のホテルは、チェックイン時刻が24時までのところが多かったので、列車が遅れた場合に備えて、デリー駅から比較的近いコノート・プレイスのこのホテルにしました。 朝食は普通かなと思います。 Hotels.comの連絡機能で、24時以降のチェックインが問題無いか、問い合せましたが、結局回答はもらえませんでした。その点は残念です。 」

「They said they did not have my booking noted in their system and turn me away. The staff don't speak English, I had to call the manager who basically told me to leave even after showing them the booking confirmation from Hotels.com 」

「I chose this hotel because it was close to the station and very reasonable, but I couldn't stand the fact that the room was dirty and there were a lot of insects, and sometimes the shower water didn't come out at all.
