「I booked my stay through expedia app and the resort manager denied my booking.」

「A decent place to stay, quiet and nicely located. The rooms are a good size and well maintained. However, the staff are disorganised and do not respect standard boundaries and confidentiality. Upon arrival, we paid the hotel for the rooms we had booked. They did not provide a receipt or any record of that payment, and then chased us after check-out for the exact same payment. They contacted our family members (who stayed in the hotel as well) regarding our payments, and continued to contact them...

「Staff at restaurant and reception were excellent! They will give you whatever you request with no hassle. The food in the restaurant is also great with various breakfast options. However, the place should not be open as it is under construction and there is constant work going on to complete New facilities which means a lot of noise. The completed work is also of a lower standard (cracked tiles, building plaster on completed floors etc). The cleaning staff also stared a lot when we were at the...
