Convenient, quiet, spacious

We were in Durham for a show at DPAC. Pros: Very convenient (walking distance). Secure building w/convenient parking. Easy check-in and good communication. Plenty of room w/good WiFi. Cons: The unit is scruffy - cabinets, counters, furnishings are showing their age and (for the price) could use to be updated. The unit had thick layers of dust on light fixtures & furnishings. We shared this w/the management company, who offered to clean while we were there but I didn't want all that dust loose in the air while we were occupying. It didn't seem like the company was really checking in on their units.
