Raleigh Stay

Quaint, clean, character bungalow. Excellent location. Handled five adults especially with the inviting patio. The exterior washroom was a great bonus.

Great facility well-maintained. Debra was very responsive. Only problem is that front steps and small bathroom are a problem for someone with limited mobility but we managed that issue.

March madness get away

Great Patio

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It’s an older house but very clean and updated. We really enjoyed the patio and spent a lot of time outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Ladies Weekend!

This was a great place to stay for a ladies weekend. Plenty of room for five of us to spread out and be comfortable. I loved the path down the block. I was able to run and walk on it during our stay.I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Raleigh.

this was a sibling/dad get away to spend quality time together, the host Deb was great, location is great, there were great amenities and more, it's called the Patio Pad for a reason, this is where we spent the majority of our time, everything was great here!!

This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, nice location and the property manager was always in touch and making sure everything was going well. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at the Patio Pad! We were visiting family and this location was perfect. It lived up to all the previous reviews. Incredibly clean and in a convenient location. As promised the neighborhood is nice and quiet, with friendly neighbors that will say hello. The entire place was equipped with any anticipated need. Debra’s thoughtfulness is apparent throughout the home. Things like a welcome kit with waters, enough trash bags for your stay and hotel quantity shampoo/body wash really made it the best Vrbo experience. We will stay here again!

Perfect Place to Stay

My family and I came to Raleigh to do a surprise event for my nine-year-old grandson and we stayed at the patio pad. This was the perfect quaint little home. It had a beautiful back outside covered patio. The house was very nice. Everything was up-to-date. we had everything that we needed there the only thing we had to go get groceries. Debra was very sweet very informative. She was even nice enough to let us check in three hours early. Deborah went above and beyond as far as communication in any questions that we had she was really great. It was a very easy process to get in the home. The neighbors in the neighborhood was nice and it was a great central location because we were like 5 to 15 minutes away from anything and everything we needed to go to. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. And when we come back to Raleigh, we will definitely be back again.

Debra was a great host and communication was excellent before we booked and arrival! Place was perfect for myself and 3 friends with the 4 bedrooms! I was concerned about place being pet friendly because of my allergies but never had any problems during stay! We especially loved the back porch enjoying our coffee every morning!
