750 sq.ft. 1-bedroom apartment in the semi-basement of a family home in a quiet, established Chapel Hill neighborhood. Lovely gated patio with forest views, separate entrance and street parking.
We take pandemic seriously; air out the space and run HEPA filters between guests.

Our house is on a slope and there are two flights or approximately 25 stairs to reach the main door. We are happy to help with luggage if necessary.
