What a great stay!! Julia was easily reachable when questions arose. The condo was fantastic. The location was so central to anything and everything you could want to do. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect for us

I came down from NY, arriving on the train. My friend drove in. The location was perfect for access to restaurants and proximity to walk to the train station while also providing parking for my friend. It was near a grocery, and had a decent kitchen so we weren't forced to eat out for every meal, but close enough to a few good spots to eat so we didn't feel stuck for options. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, so we also had our own space. The living room was great at the end of the day to hang out in. On the weekend we were able to wander Raleigh on foot without feeling we were too far removed, and the area was perfectly safe.

Great stay in downtown Raleigh

We had my older Mom stay in the downstairs bedroom and we stayed upstairs in the large loft and it was perfect. We had our own separate bathrooms and plenty of space to either relax separately or hangout together on the huge couch in the living area. Everything is accurately listed and the location is perfect. Walking distance to so much food, drinks, shopping, etc. We definitely plan to come and stay again. Perfect for a couple or family. The owners were also very quick in communication for any questions I had.

Home from Home

We came to the Raleigh Carrie area to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends. We had a great day on Thursday celebrating with our family coming by for Thanksgiving lunch. Our accommodations were very comfortable and in a great location for us to take our afternoon Thanksgiving walk. We look forward to returning to your residence for our next stay.

In town for a conference and stayed here instead of hotel, very close to convention center, lots of nearby restaurants, fairly quiet, would definitely stay again.

Great property, great location

2 friends on a brief visit to Raleigh to see Jungle at the Red Hat. The loft apartment was ideally located for the music venue and tons of nice restaurants etc. The unit is large and had every thing we need for our short stay. Nice kitchen set up, large living space and very comfortable beds. Even though it faces a parking lot, you are well above it and even have a few trees to add to the city leafy city vibe. We would definitely stay again.

Location

Had an unexpected family emergency and the location was perfect for what we needed. Also property owner was quick with the communication it was just what we needed to decompress with all that was going on. It was really homey and quiet. Was super easy to find really good food. Even though we weren’t on vacation we were talking about going back just for fun….worth every penny

Very Nice Condo

This condo is very nice, clean and within walking distance of quite a few nice restaurants and shops. The host was very polite and accommodating with great communication. Would highly recommend and am highly likely to return if starting in Raleigh!

Great Location

Bar stool broken/couch with rip in upholstery & pillow. Parking was convenient & secure. Insufficient towels for bathrooms & kitchen. Nicely appointed kitchen. Did not get any check-in & check out instructions other than codes for doors & parking instructions. Shower in main floor bath has loose door connection to wall & sink did not drain properly. Upstairs shower has mold in a number of places. Window shade cords were broken. Bed in main floor bedroom was bad. The unit seemed like it was not well looked after.
