“We came down from Kansas for a work day on Saturday and stayed one night - didn't spend a lot of time in the place but were very impressed! Plenty of space for everybody, extremely clean and well appointed. Special credit for the patio off the master bedroom, perfect spot to enjoy coffee while preparing for the day.”

“I stayed with a couple of friends as we prepared for the Sunny Dayz Mural Festival in downtown. This was such a good location for us with it being so close to the Main Street area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The space itself was very clean and tidy and worked well for us. The space could have used a few more amenities (extra linens, hairdryer) but I think this is an easy fix and the manager was easy to communicate with. Easy to access and get inside.”

“This place is absolutely wonderful!!!! The hosts are fabulous! There for a wedding at Marland Manison, this place had room for our large bridal party. And to top it off the accommodated everyone of our requests! We loved the Hat Lodge!!!!!”

“The place was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room to move around. There was a lot of construction noise as there is a medical center being constructed across from the house. Owner needs to put the correct entrance code on the reservation info.”

“This restored house was the perfect setting for our cousin retreat of four in a super quiet neighborhood. There was a bedroom for each with shared bathrooms and living area. The game table on the closed in porch made for a great area to spend the evenings with a little friendly competition. Very clean! We would definitely stay here again!”
