「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

「We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s in a great location, tucked away down a small side street in the Gothic quarter. Staff were fantastic, small gestures like the free mini bar, popcorn dropped off at your room in the afternoon and welcome drink at check were all such lovely gestures. Very comfortable rooms and quiet. The hotel is trendy and has no photos rule which is superb. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. We will definitely return. 」

「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「No free water in a 5star room. When requested a glass of water in restaurant at checkout, was charged €6.50. Plenty of hotel staff but not too interested in guests. 」

「Good location if you want to be near gothic quarter. The room was really hot and the window had very little ventilation, you could hear everyone flushing the toilets. No elevator. But they did provide complimentary alcohol and drinks which was a cool perk. 」

「This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out...
