“It"s s fraud hotel. Do not book rooms in this hotel. I booked 1 room for 5 days and paid the money online. Later I called the hotel and tried to cancel the booking so instead of cancelling the booking they asked me to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they will contact the hotel for refund. They received the response from the hotel that they will not refund my money. So this hotel has zero customer care . My advice to Expedia that they should blacklist this hotel.”

“Excellent Guest House run by very friendly and helpful people, Breakfast is eaten in your room and you can negotiate whatever you want. Poori Subji was my favourite. The hosts will help you arrange transport for whatever you need to do in Ranchi. The rooms are fine, but the bathroom / toilet area is very small.
