At Resort Ramona, we’re committed to delivering an experience. Enjoy a stroll of our private SD Wine Country acreage. With views all around, you might enjoy some time in the citrus trees, toiling to produce you a gratis glass of oj goodness. And be sure to enjoy a walk through our estate vineyards as well! We also have several sitting vignettes throughout the property. Feel free to relax and explore!

Quiet home tucked in the hills

This is a great location to be if you are wanting to explore the backcountry. It’s quiet and comfortable. The house was clean and well decorated. I will mention that if you have guests, the only two bathrooms in the house are in the main bedrooms. There is an on site property manager that you share the property with so you are not completely alone, you will need to share the parking area (so be prepared if traveling with multiple vehicles). You are in Ramona so be prepared for the farm life, the neighbors rooster liked to wake up Around 4:30 am.

House was clean and very welcoming. Host communication was great. Overall was a fabulous house! Great pool, lots of supplies in the kitchen and roomy. Would stay again!!

San Diego Family Vacation

We are from Illinois and were looking for a 'beachie' place to stay in San Diego for a week for combination of family vacation and orientation day at San Diego State Univ, but the prices were out of sight. Then, we found the villa Ramona in the vineyards less than hour away from SD. It was perfect! There was a temporary heat dome in region making temps in the upper 90's, but the air conditioning system was fantastic, the pool was perfect and we spent 3 of our 7 days just hanging there. The owner, Ben, was very responsive to questions and requests, plus he owns the vineyard surrounding the house that has a tasting room, with great views, just steps away open Sat & Sunday. We will definitely stay there again.
