“The room felt very old and outdated. The pictures shown online during the booking process looked modern and well-maintained, but the actual room was quite different from what was advertised. This was disappointing, as the photos created a completely different impression. The breakfast was also below expectations. There were very limited options, and the overall quality was not great. For a hotel in this category, I expected a better variety and fresher choices. On the positive side, the sauna……

Food is excellent and so is the staff - always friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about at all. We will be back and can highly recommend for a late summer vacation. ”

“We stayed for two days in this lovely place Sand in Taufers. Its pretty small place, just some bars and restaurants are available but you're so close to the mountains so it was perfect for our hiking trip. The hotel itself looks on the webpage pretty cool and totally new. We booked a superior suite (€ 460 for two nights) and honestly we were more than disappointed regarding the room. Well everything was more or less as discribed on the page an the booking confirmation. But the room was pretty……

“Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war ausgezeichnet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Flexibilität beim Check-in – auch eine späte Anreise war ohne Probleme möglich. Das Frühstück war frisch und abwechslungsreich, und der Check-out verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer und reibungsloser Aufenthalt – ich komme gerne wieder.”

“Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschlossen, unseren Aufenthalt zu verlängern. Warum??? Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, man fühlte sich von der ersten Minute an sehr willkommen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel, mit dem Balkon für den Apero. Es gab immer genügend Tücher im grosszügigen Bad, sogar mit "Hilfe eines Elefanten" :) Die Temperatur von Innen- und Aussenpool war angenehm temperiert. Die Gartenanlage mit den bequemen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen war stehts sauber und aufgeräumt. Der……

“Schönes Hotel. Tolle Abendevents. Personal zeitweise bei großer Auslastung überfordert. Essen war gut mit Steigerung zur einer gehoberen Küche. Keine Antipasti zu Auswahl die mit gefehlt hat. Zimmer war gut & sauber. Personal war immer freundlich. Wellness und Saunabereich schön und genug Auswahl. Zwei Stilleräume, jedoch kein Aufenthaltsraum wo man sich unterhalten kann.Einen Aufenthalt kann man empfehlen. ”
