「The location is good, and it was very clean. There was a lack of towel racks in the bathroom. There are no grab bars in the tub, though the shower was nice. The kitchen was minimally stocked for cooking, (2 pots and 2 skillets, all of which are well used). There is very limited space to store clothes. There is no dresser or bureau. The garage was nice, and parking spots were right below the unit., which made it convenient. 」

"The front desk staff was not allowing me to check in due to the name of reservation is different with the name on my passport. This was the first time I encountered such situation. Though she stilled allow me to check in after I show my email address and phone number. 30 minutes was passed. And, my colleagues was required to slide the credit card twice even though the first slide was approved. "
