Welcome to our chic and modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo! This contemporary retreat offers a perfect blend of style and comfort, with sleek interiors and stunning mountain views. There is a large back patio with a seating area to enjoy the golf course. Located in the Sunrise Country Club, which is a gated community with a par 64 executive golf course (membership options available for purchase), 13 championship tennis courts, 21 swimming pools and spas, a clubhouse with a dining room lounge, grilles, golf and tennis pro shops, Olympic size swimming pool, fitness/activity center and hot tub.
The condo itself is immaculate. Step into a thoughtfully designed living space featuring an open floor plan, flooded with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen boasts upgraded appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Relax in the inviting living room or unwind on the private patio or courtyard, where you can savor the breathtaking desert landscapes. Both bedrooms are elegantly furnished, offering plush bedding and ample storage.
